- maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements
- basic knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans
- strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
- physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- knowledge of other construction trades such as masonry, electrical, painting, and plumbing is a plus
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
