  • have a drive to implement, control and improve Quality processes to assist the management in continuous improvement
  • ability to work alone and be a good communicator who works well in a team environment
  • be able to follow instructions and work to strict Health and Safety Procedures
  • be experienced in Quality measurements on CNC machined parts and have good understanding of reading customer drawings
  • CMM operating experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • knowledge of PPAP process is advantageous
