- CBS Business Consulting LTD is seeking a customer service representative to join our team
- the Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our company
- this position is based out of our Glasgow location
- this position is responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails and web inquiries from customers and other customer service-related matters
- the customer service representative will be responsible for providing product information and service to customers in the Glasgow area
- answer incoming phone calls and emails
- respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and social media
- maintain records of customer interactions, call data and email correspondence
Education
- diploma of Higher Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- 1-2 years of related experience in customer service or sales preferred
- highly Self-Motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- strong computer data entry skills along with basic math skills
