Responsibility
- we are a family-owned carpet manufacturer based in Blackburn, and we are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team
- the successful candidate will be responsible for working on a fast-moving production line and performing various operational duties
- operating cutting machinery
- operating and monitoring machines to ensure they are running smoothly
- conducting quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards
- troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the process

- maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given
- good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- ability to work on a fast-moving production line
- the ability to drive a FLT is an advantage, but not essential
