- proven experience in installing and maintaining access control or security systems, with a focus on Paxton products as a plus
- strong understanding of low-voltage electrical systems and networking
- proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting software applications
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibility
- documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation and maintenance activities. Create detailed documentation for client systems, including diagrams and user guides
- installation: Install Paxton access control systems, including hardware and software components, at client sites. Ensure proper wiring, configuration, and integration of Paxton equipment with existing systems
- configuration: Configure and program Paxton access control software to meet client requirements. Set up user profiles, permissions, and access rules in accordance with client needs
