Responsibility
- provide good estimation of tasks to assist with workload planning
- provide clear and concise specification and documentation of software functionality for use in both internal and customer facing documents
- take part in regular and thorough software testing and create test plans for others to follow
- take part in live demonstrations and presentations of software functionality to customers and to other members of the company
- be part of an agile software team working on feature development and bug fixing on a range of software packages. This involves both new and emerging code bases and legacy code bases
- engage with the team daily to communicate ideas, flag issues as they arise and collaborate with others to achieve the goals of the company
Requirements
- the ideal candidate will meet all the essential skills requirements and many of the preferable ones
- good experience of Visual Studio 2022 Professional or previous versions to 2019
- C# - at least 4 years’ experience in Windows 10 application development
- experience with WPF and UI/UX development in general
- socket based communications, especially to external hardware
- multi-threaded design
- an appreciation of .NET and .NET Framework
- git / version control
