Responsibility
- participate in the administrative and professional responsibilities of the practice team
- ensure accurate notes of all consultations and treatments are recorded on the computer
- to be involved in collecting data for the Quality and Outcomes Framework and locally enhanced services
- ensure collection and maintenance of statistical information required for regular and adhoc reports
- attend and participate in practice meetings as required
Education
- participate in the education and training of students of all disciplines and the induction
- of members of practice staff
Requirements
- band 4 or Qualified Practice Nurse
- membership of a professional body
- to work in accordance with the NMC code of Conduct
- ability to self-motivate, organise and prioritise workloads
- ability to develop in accordance with the needs of the practice
- excellent communication skills
- general Practice Nursing: 2 years
