Main purposes of job:To assist in the efficient operation of the HR Team, as well as provide day to day HR support in relation to all HR, Recruitment, Payroll and other administration for employees.Key tasks/responsibilities:To maintain the employee files (paper and electronic) - scanning, filing, photocopying, and/or shredding HR doc-uments applying appropriate retention policiesTo support recruitment activities including:Ensure all internal recruitment paperwork, such as the Request to Recruit Form, has been com-pleted and approved by the MD, i.e., part 1 has been completed by the hiring manager as well as provide a job description for the vacancy; and part 2 is then completed by the hiring manager once the candidate has been identified.To ensure the vacancy list is accurate and up-dated with all roles which have been approved by the MD on a weekly basis, i.e., by 5pm, every Monday.To advertise vacancies as and when required.To shortlist CVs in line with the minimum requirements specified in the job description.To liaise with all external recruitment agencies if it has been approved that agencies can be used for the role and in line with the approved supplier list.To liaise with hiring managers and candidates directly to arrange interviews as and when required.Drafting new employee documents using set templates, gathering and checking new starter paperwork to ensure that starters meet legal re-quirements and that all documentation is present and fully completed prior to commencing their employment. This also chasing managers for the paperwork, answering any new starter queries, as well exploring any issues and ensuring they are dealt with.Processing and gathering references for all new starters.Administration of training, including inviting and cancelling delegates, producing monthly reports, and maintaining a record of training delivered.Support the HR
