Responsibility
- establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base
- develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business
- lead regional sales efforts, including pricing, quoting, problem resolution, deal closure, and customer job evaluations
- set and maintain high standards in quality and safety matters
- conduct market analysis to assess competition and demand
- develop annual and quarterly sales and marketing plans, forecasts, and budgets in line with CTE’s regional business strategies
- provide a weekly activity report to the CTI Corporate Sales & Marketing Director and CEO
Requirements
- experience in catalyst handling or the petrochemical/refining industries
- A minimum of 3 years of sales management experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- excellent planning and organizational abilities
- expert sales and negotiation skills
- strong analytical thinking
- commercial awareness, with a focus on costing and margin management
- problem-solving ability
