Responsibility

  • support the CHT Vision and Corporate objectives
  • manage the Trust’s relationship with existing tenants, in terms of tenancy agreements, maintenance issues, wider site usage, and health and safety
  • deliver services in a manner which supports the CHT brand and enhances the organisation’s reputation
  • contractors
  • promote the site to potential new tenants, managing tenancy agreements and facilitating the preparation of spaces for new tenants
  • be fully aware of appropriate legislation and statutory requirements
  • volunteers undertaking activities within the mill
  • be aware of and comply with organisational policies and procedures
