- we have an opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join our property team on the exciting and rewarding journey we are taking here at Castle Trust Bank
- having become a fully authorised bank in 2020, we pride ourselves in being a fintech challenger bank, providing specialist property mortgages, retail finance lending and savings accounts to a variety of customers
- this role is based from our Basingstoke office, with some flexible working available
- our customers need a lender that is flexible and has the appetite to make lending decisions based on their circumstances, and we offer specialist mortgage products to allow them to fulfil their aspirations

Requirements
- previous experience as a team leader or senior business development executive in a phone-based sales or service role
- proven experience meeting business targets
- financial Services experience, preferably within the mortgage sector
- excellent communication skills
- team leadership - enjoy coaching and developing team members
- excellent telephone manner
- target Driven and motivation
