- castle & Hall Ltd is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager
- manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to implementation and completion
- the role will involve the site management of small to large renovations and new builds
- develop and implement project plans and work schedules, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are accounted for and that projects are completed within budget
- coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met
- communicate regularly with all stakeholders to ensure that they are informed of project progress and any issues that arise
Requirements
- degree or similar level qualification in construction management, or a related field
- strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and clients
- strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and implement contingency plans as needed
- ability to work in an office environment, including sitting and standing for extended periods of time
- knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- ability to travel to project sites, which may involve climbing ladders, walking on uneven surfaces, and working in confined spaces
- proficient in the use of project management software
