  • work to specified deadlines whilst maintaining high quality finishing standards
  • TIG weld silicon bronze and finish artwork using a variety of hand and air tools
  • operate as part of a team in a fast-changing environment

Requirements

  • practically minded
  • very practically minded
  • excellent sense of form and a keen eye for spatial composition
  • previous metalworking experience would be desirable, especially art foundry work and in the medium of bronze
  • good eye for fine detail and recreating any detail to artists exacting requirements using hand and air tools
  • ability to develop a broad skillset and work to tight deadlines
  • good eye for fine detail and recreating patination of work to artists exacting requirements
  • enthusiastic and ‘can-do’ attitude
