process, match & code invoices and credit notes
inputting journals as required
reconciliation of supplier statements
processing supplier payment runs and ad hoc payments
deal efficiently with supplier queries
maintenance of purchase ledger accounts, including new account creation
bank reconciliations
reconciling credit card statements, obtaining and matching receipts to expenditure
Requirements

the Candidate We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Purchase Ledger with good communication skills to join our Finance Team
the successful candidate should be able to take ownership of tasks whilst demonstrating flexibility in supporting the wider team
