purchase ledger clerk

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • process, match & code invoices and credit notes
  • inputting journals as required
  • reconciliation of supplier statements
  • processing supplier payment runs and ad hoc payments
  • deal efficiently with supplier queries
  • maintenance of purchase ledger accounts, including new account creation
  • bank reconciliations
  • reconciling credit card statements, obtaining and matching receipts to expenditure

Requirements

  • the group has grown significantly over the past numbers of years and has ambitious plans to continue that growth
  • the Candidate We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Purchase Ledger with good communication skills to join our Finance Team
  • the successful candidate should be able to take ownership of tasks whilst demonstrating flexibility in supporting the wider team
  • purchase ledger: 1 year
  • accounts payable: 1 year
