- this will include implementing appropriate and effective support measures to facilitate early intervention and effective return to work plans
- organising and attending absence review meetings with the employee and line management will also be amongst your responsibilities

- as the HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in all end-to-end HR functions, taking overall responsibility for managing and overseeing sickness absence cases, which will include maintaining contact with absentees, making home visits, liaising with the line managers, ensuring return-to-work meetings and absence reviews are conducted consistently and completed, and relevant paperwork is recorded on the HR system
