Responsibility

  • principal roles To support with the operational management of the therapy team across all therapy disciplines inline with best practise
  • work with the Therapy Manager to monitor performance and effectiveness
  • help to inform the planning and design of services within the therapy department and organisation as a whole
  • implementation of strategic and operational plans with guidance from the Therapy Manager
  • provide efficient and effective leadership and development of clinical staff, under the guidance for the Therapy Manger and SMT
  • support in the recruitment of therapy staff as required, subject to the approval of the Therapy Manager
  • facilitate grievance and disciplinary matters relating to clinical staff, in line with CFNC policies and procedures
  • support with the though investigation of complaints and incidents and take action to address identified concerns
