Responsibility
- cashmaster International is a global cash management solution provider headquartered in the UK with offices in Europe, the USA and Asia
- interface between the Technical and Internal / External manufacturing teams to ensure smooth transition of New Product Development and Product changes
- design and implement new, and support continuous improvement projects to optimise and ensure the quality of manufacturing test and assembly processes
- develop, operate and maintain production assembly, programming and test systems
- for over 40 years, we have been designing, manufacturing and customising count-by-weight cash counting devices for leading brands in retail, QSR, hospitality and finance sectors
- conduct experiments and write reports to support New Product Development and product improvement initiatives
- support Value Engineering and Product Lifecycle maintenance through evaluation of new components and processes
- work closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to support of a variety of technical projects
Requirements
- excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal staff and suppliers
- ability to work to deadlines
- ability to present results to small groups of colleagues
- ability to work collaboratively and independently
- this role may require occasional travel to meet with suppliers, clients and partners. A valid passport and driving license is required
- ability to work in a fast paced, cross functional group environment, with a willingness to be hands-on across a wide area of responsibilities
