- manage phased roll out of our Internal business process application by developing code in blocks to support a phased release
- ownership and responsibility for the administration, development, and implementation of all internal group-wide business systems, including designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting the company's proprietary systems for managing our global manufacturing, logistics and customer support operations
- responsible for the remaining development and implementation of a tailored in-house System, that will replace ageing systems to manage our business from customer and product management, order processing, shipping, and customer support
- responsible for the administration and maintenance of all IT infrastructure globally to ensure regular operation and availability of critical hardware, network resources, and business systems
