  • has been providing its customers with retail financial services since 2004
  • provide a high level of Customer Service to in-store customers and over the telephone/online enquiries
  • we are dedicated to helping our customers access cash and quality pre-owned goods with a view to enhancing their lives
  • completing transactions against all of our core products quickly & efficiently, whilst following necessary company policies & procedures
  • at Cash Shop, providing excellent customer service is our top priority, whether it is in-store, over the telephone, or online
  • the testing and evaluating of items of consumer electronics and precious metals

Requirements

  • A very good understanding of basic mathematics & mental arithmetic
  • excellent sales ability and communication skills
  • educated to GCSE level standard or equivalent
  • non-essential, but previous pawnbroking, customer service and cash handling experience would be advantageous
