Responsibility

  • provide a high level of Customer Service to in-store customers and over the telephone/online enquiries
  • completing transactions against all of our core products quickly & efficiently, whilst following necessary company policies & procedures
  • the testing and evaluating of items of consumer electronics and precious metals
  • create relationships with customers to ensure that existing custom is retained and new custom gained
  • complete stock control and organisational tasks
  • open and close the store adhering to company policy & procedure
  • reconcile your till, without variance, upon completion of your shift

Requirements

  • A very good understanding of basic mathematics & mental arithmetic
  • excellent sales ability and communication skills
  • educated to GCSE level standard or equivalent
  • non-essential, but previous pawnbroking, customer service and cash handling experience would be advantageous
