Responsibility
- due to our successful growth, we are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our team
- conducting stock planning and purchasing for a significant proportion of the company's SKUs from several of the company's suppliers
- maintain a purchasing plan to forecast and troubleshoot product stock levels for the next 6 months
- co-ordinate with your suppliers to implement the purchasing plan
- take cost-effective emergency actions to avoid high value stockouts, and implement actions effectively
- achieve high product availability for your product portfolio, whilst maintaining a typical stock turnover rate
- ensure that the products you buy are in line with the Cartridge Save brand, sourcing artwork and materials where required
- you will be joining a purchasing team with many exciting challenges, purchasing from a global supplier base to meet the needs of a fast-paced online retail environment in a very fast-moving industry
Requirements
- excellent numeracy skills
- GCSE Maths or equivalent
- excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
