  • developing relationships with existing landlords and clients to generate more rental listings in the Manchester & Cheshire area
  • maintain a database of available properties and ensure accurate and up-to-date property listings
  • carrying out rental valuations & promoting our Fully Managed service
  • reporting to Directors with performance figures

Requirements

  • strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals
  • previous lettings experience is essential
  • lettings: 2 years
