CARTER & KING LETTINGS is looking for employees for positions:
- developing relationships with existing landlords and clients to generate more rental listings in the Manchester & Cheshire area
- maintain a database of available properties and ensure accurate and up-to-date property listings
- carrying out rental valuations & promoting our Fully Managed service
- reporting to Directors with performance figures
- strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals
- previous lettings experience is essential
