Responsibility

  • deliver projects on time and to a high standard
  • engage with landowners and occupiers to secure the consents required
  • ensure coordination across internal teams/department/disciplines
  • develop the project templates and delivery programme along with managing delivery against milestones
  • ensure accuracy of documents and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
  • manage compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements and policies
  • responsible for the commercial and financial management of the project internally and assist with invoicing and KPI reporting
  • report on key performance metrics and coordinating the day to day client operations including data analysis, minute taking, reporting and document control
