CARSHALTON BOILER SERVICES is looking for employees for positions:

customer service administrator

Working hours

  • part-time | Permanent

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Responsibility

  • answer incoming calls from customers and engineers
  • tracking and moving appointments
  • calling existing & new customers to book in their annual boiler services
  • ensuring all Email enquiries are actioned
  • logging jobs for parts, breakdowns and servicing etc
  • obtaining updates from engineers and updating the CRM system
  • any other ad hoc duties which may be required from time to time

Requirements

  • experience within Customer Service or a Sales background may be beneficial to the candidate
  • experience within the heating industry would be beneficial to the candidate but is not a necessity. The company will provide training on our in house CRM system
