Responsibility
- answer incoming calls from customers and engineers
- tracking and moving appointments
- calling existing & new customers to book in their annual boiler services
- ensuring all Email enquiries are actioned
- logging jobs for parts, breakdowns and servicing etc
- obtaining updates from engineers and updating the CRM system
- any other ad hoc duties which may be required from time to time
Requirements
- experience within Customer Service or a Sales background may be beneficial to the candidate
- experience within the heating industry would be beneficial to the candidate but is not a necessity. The company will provide training on our in house CRM system
