- willingness to work some weekends as needed
- knowledge of the used car retail industry is a plus
Responsibility
- deal Processing: Work diligently to process all finance deals that have been declined initially, striving for successful approvals
- data Accuracy: Ensure that all customer details are accurately input into the system to maintain the integrity of our records
- liaison with Finance Providers: Collaborate with finance providers to secure the best possible financing outcomes for our customers
- efficient Lending Process: Utilize our panel of lenders to obtain finance acceptances within a 72-hour working window
- customer Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with customers regarding acceptance terms and ensure their agreement
- handover and Collection: Schedule and coordinate appointments for customers to take possession of their new vehicles
- commission Management: Ensure finance plans and commissions are accurately calculated and documented
