Responsibility
- book and manage appointments across multiple workstreams
- ensure all diaries are organised and maximised to ensure optimum productivity
- ensure all jobs are closed down correctly with appropriate costs
- ensure written correspondence to tenants and clients are accurate and recorded on the system within a timely manner
- ensure all notes and job details are recorded and updated to be clear and concise
- liaise with subcontractors and ensure works are scheduled appropriately
- meet appraisal targets and support the delivery and achievement of overall business objectives
