Responsibility

- conduct regular inspections of the estate to identify and address maintenance needs promptly
- maintain and operate gardening tools and equipment effectively and safely
- coordinate with external contractors when specialized work is required
- respond to any urgent maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
- proven experience in property maintenance and gardening is a must
- strong practical skills in maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, plumbing, and basic electrical work
- basic horticultural knowledge and gardening skills
- ability to operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery
- strong-willed, reliable, and capable of working independently
- honest and trustworthy with a sensible approach to tasks
- good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
