Jewellery Sales and Customer Service AdministratorCarrie Elspeth has been designing and manufacturing jewellery in Wales for over 20 years. We sell jewellery and accessories to over 300 trade customers and to the public through our retail website and social media accounts. The operation is run from an office in Llandow near Cowbridge.We are looking for a sales and customer service administrator. A sales and customer service administrator (SCSA), will act as a liaison, provide product information and resolve any emerging queries that our trade accounts and retail customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best SCSA are genuinely excited to help customers and are empathetic, and passionately communicative. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer queries.
