Responsibility
oversee and manage all the administrative duties and ensure these operate effectively and efficiently
responding to telephones calls and emails from member and non-member enquiries in a timely manner
generate membership enquiries, leads, recruitment and cancellations statistics to aid management presentations and reports
chase existing members on the updated supporting information such as insurance policies and licences etc
maintain contact information, enquiry and all other spreadsheets to aid invoicing members and chasing payment
keep all folders and records up to date on Share Point
the role of the Office Manager is to support the overall business and Scheme Manager to ensure effective delivery and management of all office based functions
raise purchase orders and upload any invoices to Xero and other accounting packages
Requirements
experience in a similar role
customer service experience
excellent IT skills
wordPress experience
excellent verbal and written communication skills
excellent numeracy skills
excellent writing skills
business acumen and decision-making
