work with Line Manager to maintain all in-house & third-party systems to ensure compliance with processes and FCA/GDPR requirements
suggest mechanisms to assist with streamlining the systems used through integrations & automation
can recognise and implement shifts in process and IT development requirements to ensure processes are carried out with maximum efficiency
assist with the maintenance of company websites and their admin areas, leading vehicle data accuracy and optimised customer journey
offer suggestions for improved functionality and maximum process efficiency and assist with implementing changes signed off for development by the Business
import external data sources into Carparison systems including Funder/Manufacturer rate books and CAP vehicle data
monitor a suite of data exception reports to ensure missing/invalid data items in systems are rectified on a regular basis
works closely with Line Manager to ensure Website and CRM systems are reflective of reality and constantly optimised
Requirements
must be able to develop relationships with key Business stakeholders, external service providers and Funder
basic knowledge of SQL desirable but not essential
ability to learn in-house systems and processes
must be accurate and show attention to detail whilst working under pressure

liaise with supplying dealers to ensure cars are prepared and delivered in line with customer expectation
payout management – Ensure all documentation is present and correct for smooth, efficient payout with funder partners
prepare general correspondence and reports as requested
communicates clearly, regularly and promptly with internal colleagues across all departments
