Responsibility
- please take note that the ideal candidate should possess a track record of working with Stainless Steel and handling small-batch manufacturing
- additionally, this role will require effective collaboration with cross-functional teams across various departments
- the selected employee will also be actively engaged in hands-on work alongside our production and manufacturing teams
- proficiently utilise CAD software to generate precise and detailed designs for manufacturing equipment
- contribute to and execute solutions in the prototyping phase of equipment development

- as an integral member of our team, you will take charge of supervising the fabrication of specialised biocontainment equipment
Requirements
- proficiency in CAD software with a strong background in design and drafting of manufacturing equipment, specifically Stainless Steel
- demonstrated experience in project management, with a proven ability to lead projects effectively
- solid background in factory management, including optimising processes and resource allocation
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction
- strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- innovative thinking to develop practical solutions in fabrication processes
- familiarity with safety regulations and practices in the medical research industry
- leadership experience is highly desirable
