- to provide the safe and effective operaonal control of the bar and of hospitalies. This includes the day to day management of bar employees, stock control, ordering andfinancial control
- ensure administraon procedures relang to payroll are adhered to and relevant data delivered in an accurate and timely manner
- act as point of contact for large functions and events in liaison with the duty manager, aending relevant meetings as necessary
- to ensure compliance with all statutory guidance for Fire, Security, Health and Safety and Emergency policies, relevant licensing laws and regulaons
Requirements
- specialist Training Essential Application
- experience of dealing with a variety of Essential Application/Interview people/organisations
- first Aid Qualification Desirable Application
- ability to deal with money and Essential Application/Interview monetary transactions effectively
- food Hygiene qualification Desirable Application
- personal Licence Holder Desirable Application
- previous experience of catering, bar Essential Application/Interview and facilities management/supervision
- IT/keyboard skills such as Microso Essential Application/Interview
