- the successful candidate will be a confident team member with proven customer service experience, and excellent communication skills
- with guidance of Office Manager develop role to take on Office Manager duties
- first line answering of the telephone and directing calls to the correct department
- cover Office Manager during periods of absence
- greet any visitors and provide hot/cold drinks for them if required
- work closely with the Office Manager to support and drive improvement to deliver key objectives
- deal with warranty claims at all levels including follow up with parks/ dealers
