Responsibility

• with guidance of Office Manager develop role to take on Office Manager duties

• first line answering of the telephone and directing calls to the correct department
• cover Office Manager during periods of absence
• greet any visitors and provide hot/cold drinks for them if required
• work closely with the Office Manager to support and drive improvement to deliver key objectives
• deal with warranty claims at all levels including follow up with parks/ dealers
• as a result of continued growth of the business, we are looking for an individual to join our busy Sales and Warranty team to learn the roles within the department with a view of taking on a support role to the Office Manager
• handling complaints effectively
• process quotations and chargeable requests including ordering parts
• keep internal systems up to date with ongoing warranty work from engineers
• manage website and email enquiries from all customers
• input equipment data from works orders onto system once the caravan has been despatched from the factory
• manage all manner of sales requests and input sales orders to the system
• lead, manage and motivate the team to ensure daily operations of the office are covered to ensure customers receive the best service possible
• advise customers when caravans are ready for collection and arrange transporter bookings
• general office admin
• ongoing learning and development within each department
• any ad hoc duties that may occur
