Responsibility

- lead and manage the care home's staff team, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary
- ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, statutory requirements, and quality standards
- develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders
- your leadership will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and maintaining our reputation as a trusted care provider
- implement and monitor care plans to meet the specific needs of each resident
- oversee financial and budgetary matters, ensuring efficient resource allocation
- continuously assess and improve the quality of care and services provided
Requirements
- previous experience as a Registered Manager in a residential care setting
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification
- excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks
- strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- compassionate and patient, with a genuine passion for providing high-quality care
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- an understanding of the needs and challenges faced by elderly individuals in care settings
