Working hours

  • full-time

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent
  • relevant work experience and on the job, training will also be considered
  • an awareness and knowledge of the national policy agenda relating to community care and the regulation of care services
  • bachelor's degree or Ordinary Degree in a related subject area i.e., Business, HR related degrees, Administration are preferred but all degrees will be considered as per skill evaluation to meet the requirements of the job

Responsibility

  • regularly review and develop policies and procedures to reflect changes and to keep abreast of current legislation
  • you will be responsible for ensuring company needs are met while promoting our positive company culture
  • you will safely recruit candidates by writing adverts and headhunting with a strong marketing approach promoting through various platforms and media
  • maintaining quality in all activity within the Caring Hearts Recruitment offices and on the field
  • the postholder will uphold the highest ethical standards, observe confidentiality, exercise discretion and maintain the ethos of the company
  • report and measure performance against the agreed indicators to guide and support staff to continuously improve
  • conducting and overseeing all administrative duties within the office particularly with junior staff members
  • you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and short-listing candidates, while supporting the onboarding process of all staff members

Requirements

  • essential
  • experience in social care/healthcare recruitment or talent acquisition is desirable
  • experience working in coordinator role within social care is desirable
  • formulate an annual planner of the various billing dates and dates of meetings
  • developing and managing a concise filing system
  • audit all administrative functions of the company’s quality assurance systems to ensure the service is fully compliant
  • energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated
  • able to work effectively under pressure whilst managing a varying workload
