Responsibility
- to support foster carers with compliance including completion of training and child recordings
- to provide support and advice to foster carers
- to work closely with the foster carers to establish, develop and maintain productive working relationships
- to assist the agency in receiving ‘Outstanding’ in Ofsted inspections
- to represent and promote the Agency
- to ensure that the Agency’s health and safety policies are carried out
- to have strong communication skills and develop strong working relationships
- to maintain the agency’s high standards, to promote positive outcomes for children and young people and ensure that foster care practice continues to strive to achieve
Requirements
- experience in working with children and young people
- good IT skills
- strong IT skills
- ability to adhere to and manage deadlines
- good written skills
- good administration skills
- good communication skills
- full UK driving licence
