Responsibility

  • working with the Registered Manager and other senior managers to ensure compliance and developing the business
  • have excellent communication, organisation and management skills to support and coach the Administration team
  • working with Social Workers, brokerage teams, Occupational Therapists, Medical Professionals to ensure we deliver highest level of service and care
  • assessing the service delivery of the administration team and supporting them to develop and progress with coaching and hand holding
  • support with HR, coaching and disciplinary meetings in line with companies procedures and policies
  • attend service user reviews if and when required
  • managing the day to day administration team with our Care Coordinators and Administration Assistants to deal with day to day queries from our internal and external customers
  • deal with complaints and concerns in line with the company procedure
