Responsibility

  • take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
  • controlling hygiene and health & safety regulations
  • coordinate the operation of the restaurant ensuring the kitchen, food team and FOH are working together as a team
  • recruit, train, manage and motivate staff
  • respond to customer queries and complaints
  • direct each team to ensure the operation is running smoothly at all times
  • meet and greet customers, organise table reservations and offer advice about the food and drinks menu
  • maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
