• working collaboratively with partners seeking out opportunities to work together and attending partnership meetings and action groups as required
• evidencing the impact the service has made through reviews, surveys, case studies and collating general feedback

• providing targeted carer information, advice and support to asylum seekers and refugees both individually and in groups that is culturally appropriate and overcomes barriers
• reviewing carers’ individual situations and developing action plans looking at ways for carers to resolve difficulties or to access services and liaising with appropriate professionals
• the carers we support come from such different walks of life that we are particularly interested in attracting candidates from similarly diverse backgrounds, including Asian, Arab, Black, Mixed/Multiple Ethnic Groups, White Other (e.g
