Requirements
- minimum Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
- proven experience in a leadership role within children's care homes, with a record of impactful leadership
- in-depth understanding of child safeguarding and all relevant regulations
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviors
- valid UK driving license
- excellent knowledge of current legislation, including The Children’s Homes England Regulations 2015, Quality Standards 2015, the Children’s Act 1989, Children Act 2004, and other relevant legislation related to residential children's homes
