Responsibility

  • we are a small care home based in Port Talbot looking for a general maintenance handyman to join our team

Requirements

  • conduct general maintenance inside and out and constantly keep on top of the fabric of the building and the grounds
  • have basic knowledge, familiarity and experience in plumbing/carpentry/electrics/decorating etc
  • action identified defects to appliances, equipment and furniture
  • test fire alarm system, maintain water temperature records and maintenance logs
  • work on your own initiative
  • assist with other duties as and when required
