- overseeing the financial management activities, including liaison with accountancy support staff

Requirements
- experience as an office manager, operations lead, or similar
- experience in the care sector preferred but not essential
- training experience will be useful
- human resources management experience, especially staff selection, contract management and payroll
- financial management skills
