Responsibility

  • assist with administration of customer accounts, setting up new residents, producing invoices and processing direct debits, calculating and processing refunds
  • ability to deputise for Finance Manager for all customer administration tasks
  • processing purchase invoices and general purchase ledger administration
  • ability to deputise for Finance Manager for all supplier administration tasks
  • assisting with the posting of petty cash and credit card transactions
  • producing and reviewing reports and assisting in creating journals for management account purposes
  • supporting with administration of fees and remittances from local authorities
  • taking part in peer review to improve quality control

Requirements

  • A satisfactory DBS check
  • deadline for applications is Tuesday 9th May 2023
  • A full UK Driving License with own car and Business Use Insurance
