- A Level 5 NVQ qualification or a willingness to work towards it
- excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, Health and Social Care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- strong commercial acumen with a track record of success in private care sector marketing
- enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve an 'Outstanding' rating and deliver the highest quality person-centred care
- confidence in building and maintaining relationships with colleagues, professionals, families, and visitors
