Requirements

  • proven experience in the care sector, as a strong Deputy or Registered Manager
  • previous management experience in a Care Home setting, fostering a compassionate environment for staff and residents
  • A Level 5 NVQ qualification or a willingness to work towards it
  • excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, Health and Social Care legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • strong commercial acumen with a track record of success in private care sector marketing
  • enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve an 'Outstanding' rating and deliver the highest quality person-centred care
  • confidence in building and maintaining relationships with colleagues, professionals, families, and visitors
  • the ability to build on strong links with the local community
