  • be accountable for the legal and ethical running of the branch including maintaining CQC compliance
  • promote the highest standards of care across the team and with a strong focus on person centred care
  • participate actively in growing the business by actively seeking out business opportunities and developing relationships with stakeholders
  • proactively seek business development opportunities
  • manage the effective recruitment, induction and training of care workers and other support staff
  • ensure relevant reports are forwarded to relevant bodies e.g. CQC
  • network in the local community and via digital media to raise awareness of the service
  • ensure that all care is delivered against CQC regulations as well as following internal policies and procedures
