- we are looking for a Senior Carer to join our team in delivering an extremely high standard of quality care to our customers living in their own homes
- this is a great opportunity to develop your career in care further and will involve updating care plans and staff records in the office one or two days a week following quality checks as well as continuing to carry out care calls on the remaining days
- we focus on outcome-based support planning tailoring our service to each individual customer and customer service is at the top of our agenda
- ensure continuity of delivery of high quality person centred care
- carry out spot checks, supervisions and quality reviews
Requirements
- previous experience of working in Health Care is required
- NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health care is preferred
- caring, compassionate and a good listener
- an energetic, happy person who enjoys forming relationships with all sorts of people
- happy to offer support with a range of tasks, including personal care, preparing meals, administering medicine, shopping and light household duties
- able to drive and preferably have access to a vehicle
- able to motivate and lead others
