Responsibility
- it’s the Operations managers job to help the Registered manager ensure the organisation is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of clients and staff
- you'll be responsible for conducting disciplinary and grievance meetings as and when required
- provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, progress, and results
- effectively manage complaints and Incidents
- attending the Company’s regular management meetings and liaising and exchanging information regularly with the administration team, senior managers, and Directors
- managing the business area in accordance with the Company’s Policies and Procedures and regulatory bodies
- develop and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and achievement of revenue targets
- be responsible for the safe delivery of the service in line with legislative requirements and company policies and procedures
