  • promoting positive and Person-Centred Care for all Residents
  • managing risk appropriately and safely
  • support the Registered Manager in leading and developing staff
  • helping to ensure all staff are trained to the required levels
  • support with implementing and managing of audits and quality assurance structures
  • support with the safe recruitment, selection and retention of staff
  • work with the Registered Manager re staff communications, managing absence, disciplinaries and grievances
  • being highly responsive and proactive when referrals are received
