Responsibility

  • the role offers a level of autonomy with full support from a deputy manager and senior management
  • good IT skills with a knowledge of e care planning systems would be an advantage
  • the position is subject to an enhanced DBS check, two satisfactory references and an interview
  • an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager has arisen at Riseley House a modern 65-bed purpose-built Residential Care Home in the centre of Macclesfield
  • salary in circa of £50k
  • we require an enthusiastic, caring and motivated Registered Manager to join our team, a qualification in Level 5 or equivalent in Health and Social Care is required for this senior role
  • good leadership and organisational skills are required to promote our residents’ individuals needs and provide quality care in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organisation in a home-from-home setting
  • it is based on working Monday – Friday 8:30am – 17:30am and some on call will be required
