identifying and developing potential new business as and where the opportunity arises

potentially negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing for contracts with clients
the Care Home Interiors Company is a multi-award-winning, family run business, offering an exceptional design and installation service based in Medstead, Hampshire
support the Directors with duties required for all accounts
we handmake bespoke curtains, furniture and dressing items for the Care Home sector which we then install in care homes around the UK, we are much respected in the industry
Requirements
full, clean driving licence is essential and must be a confident driver
you will love to organise, ability to multitask and problem solve
attention to detail and accuracy whilst working well under pressure
willingness to be flexible with a can do attitude
excellent organisation and time management skills
calmness under pressure
the ability to meet strict deadlines
strong communication skills, both written and verbal - the job will involve dealing with clients or suppliers, either on a personal basis or over the telephone
