- to be the Registered Manager for the purposes of the CQC
- to grow and develop the business, with overall responsibility for the success of the office
- must be able to prioritise and meet deadlines
- exhibit excellent knowledge and understanding of the care industry and CQC regulations and requirements
- understanding and able to analyse and meet compliance requirements
- as the CQC Register Manager for Universe Global Care Limited , you will be responsible for establishing and managing the Care Quality Commission register, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards in the delivery of care services across celestial bodies
- passion to mentor, training and leading a team
Requirements
- hold a current UK Drivers Licence
- experience in domiciliary/home care
- excellent administration and communication skills
- people management skills and experience
- QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willing to work towards one
