Responsibility

  • manage an investment portfolio for various individuals and companies
  • conduct research on the financial markets to determine overall market trends, economic ramifications, and specific investments
  • create and manage a variety of investment portfolios
  • discuss financial matters with other financial advisors
  • develop new investment strategies
  • construct and monitor investment portfolios
  • plan ahead in anticipation of client needs
  • responsible for the safe delivery and accurate recording of care in line with legislation, the CQC, and our Company policies

Requirements

  • previous experience of working in any Leadership Role
  • experience of working with vulnerable adults and children
  • experience of working with Service Users who have complex needs
  • experience of managing a safeguarding case
  • experience of collaborating with Local Authority Contracts and Commissioning, Clinical Commissioning Groups and Care Management teams
  • knowledge of leading a team and working within a multidisciplinary team
  • good, sound business acumen with an ardent desire to develop and grow
  • experience of building positive working relationships with clients, their families, staff and other health and social care professionals
